A story of generations and olive trees
At the beginning of the 1600s, the Pignot family arrived in these lands fleeing the religious wars in France, settling here with hope and hard work. Generation after generation, they cared for and expanded the property, which now covers 44 hectares of olive groves, vineyards, cereal fields, and forest.
Over time, the surname was Catalanized: Pignot became Pinyot.
Today, Roser Pinyot, together with her husband Sergi Càmara and their children, continue to maintain the estate with the same passion inherited over four centuries ago, always looking towards the future.
Passion and knowledge for EVOO
Passion alone is not enough to achieve excellence: knowledge is essential. Roser has deepened her agricultural training to care for every corner of the estate.
Sergi has specialized in elaiotecnia, sensory analysis, and olive oil tasting. He is now one of the 25 official tasters on the Official Tasting Panel of Catalonia and a sensory analysis instructor.
