Cristian Herrera in the kitchen and Cèlia Salgado in the dining room bring culinary technique, sensitivity, and a love for local products to dishes that evolve throughout the year, following product seasonality and always aiming to satisfy our guests' preferences.
Together with our gastronomic partners, we will guide you through this sensory journey specially designed to explore the different aromas of the oil. The various varieties, textures, and flavors will transport you to an unknown world rich in nuances and sensations.
These pairing options can be adapted to any time of day, from a cold breakfast snack to a tasting dinner with personalized service by Cristian and Cèlia.
Tasting and meal
3 varietal oils. Possibility to taste special oils on request (special varieties, own-produced oils, etc.).
Afterwards, enjoy the main meal, accompanied by a selection of oils meticulously chosen to enhance and complement each dish.

Pairing tastings with the “Agneta Experience” start at €75 per person (available as a lunch or dinner with three courses and dessert, by prior arrangement, specially designed to pair with the tasted oils).
